Poor Quality, Poor Service
Opened the DeLonghi Vertuo Plus and used it about 5 times in the first day ... the second morning turned it on, pressed the button for it to open, it opened about 1 cm then stopped. The red light around the top button went solid red . Tried unplugging and waiting a few seconds as suggested in the manual, but no luck. I Called support and they said unpug and wait half an hour, also no result ... it's still just stuck 1 cm open. As it was a gift and i don't have the receipt Nespresso aren't being very "supportive" here, they don't want to know and just direct me back to the original place of purchase. After this i wouldn't be buying any DeLonghi products. I understand products sometimes fail but the support from Delonghi is AWFUL.
