course I do not mind my coffee a little strong and do not like too much sweetness. I also got 2 free gran lungo cups with 2 spoons. I do like the sizes. I had no idea how to use the milk frother but I learn my lesson to put less milk in there and wait for it to froth up more. The machine does not take up much space and overall really like this machine, I know a lot to say after trying it for the first time but I feel I am going to enjoy it in the long run.
Its a good little device if there is nothing else. Mine has been troublesome and it now wont pump at all and i figure i don't like it enough to have it looked at. Well, this machine does the best brew ever. Your paying for the experience with the pods price, but it's worth it. This machine is the more simpler manual load and lock but has internet and app capability to adjust levels or get maintenance updates. It works very well Satisfaction 100% Show details

good crema coffee shouldn't require milk but in saying that I'd hate to exclude milky coffee drinkers, so feel free to add a splash of milk if desired. This machine is simple in design as the brains are in the coffee pods themselves, simply purchase different pods based on both coffee strengths & volumes as the pod styles are coded to produce different size cups of coffee, theres a 40ml, 150ml & a 240ml sized pods with a coffee style for the fussiest of coffee drinkers.
I don't like it very much – Our old Vertuo machine had problems but was under warranty and Nespresso offered to replace it but in a weird way which would have meant that we were without a machine for at least 10 days (delivery to regional areas around Christmas is very odd and slow) so we bought a new one, a Pop. hammer to open and close it. Often the old capsule does not eject and it has to be done by hand. The previous model with a simple lift mechanism was so much better that one ahs to wonder why it has been discontinued.
Customer Service, or lack of it!! – Finally got through to Nespresso regarding failed DeLonghi version of their "Pop". We certainly recommend Nespresso Vertu Pop coffee machines we love ours. We have had best service – My husband received a Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee machine for Father's Day last year. He loved it, recently it stopped working. I contacted Nespresso and very promptly they advised me to send it back via post office and a new machine will be sent out as it is under guarantee for another year. very impressed. Nespresso did send an email to check if all was well. This is my way of saying we would certainly purchase another one, when our machine breaks down. The 2 year guarantee is very good. Thank you Nespresso for such great service...after we returned our machine to the post office to be returned to Nespresso, a new one was delivered within a day. I have my post office Article No to prove this is all correct information.
Nice little machine - simple and great value! – Replaced my 11 year old nespresso with this cute little POP Virtuo black. The variety of flavours is great and is a good value little machine. No complaints and coffee tastes great!
