DO NOT BUY - NO HEAT A COMPLETE LIE! – Second time purchase with this brand and the same experience, It does not heat up it actually feels like a cold pack when first you put it on . Good luck trying to ring the company too - Church Dwight, they won’t return your calls , hence why I’m writing a review now . I hope I can help someone else not to even consider this product . Definitely minus 5 stars Show details

No better if not inferior to the gel cream – I was disappointed with the results. As others, no heat, poorly sticking patches and an obvious cynical grab at cost savings by putting 3 patches in one pack. They do not live up to the price paid. Show details

Terrible – I have tried these patches a few times and found them absolutely terrible they do not stay on and peel off. I forgot I didn’t like them when I was looking yesterday and bought them again. Peeled off again and plus absolutely no heat coming out of patch. Show details

Reduced effectiveness of new formulation – I have used these patches for a number of years and found them helpful for reliving minor backache. However, some time ago, the company stopped providing the stick on sheet that covered the medicated patch and kept it in place (whilst leaving the retail price the same). Without its cover, the medicated patch curls up and comes off the skin after… Read more

only a short time - useless. As the patches retail for $7-8 for 3 small patches, you are wasting money to buy them in my view.

Terrible – These patches are extremely disappointing, they don't stick or stay very well at all, and I can't feel any heat or relief from them. I think there are better options than this one. Coming from someone with chronic back pain, I was not happy at all.

Unclear packaging – I thought this was going to be the kind of patch that generates heat, but it's just a floppy, not especially sticky pad with the same stuff that's in Dencorub cream. The box is misleading, in my opinion -- when I took it back to exchange it for the heat-generating patch, even the pharmacist didn't really understand the difference. It didn't work for my pain at all, but your mileage may vary. The other downside is that it smells pretty strong.

3 pack needs to be individually wrapped! – Good product and certainly helps the aches BUT the 3 pack can be a waste of money. All 3 patches are sealed in the one pack meaning once open the others start to "go off". I tend to use one a few times a year it would be very unusual for me to use three at the same time in fact if I did I think I should see a doctor!! Would be so much… Read more

better if the 3 patches were individually wrapped.

Won't buy again until packaging is improved preferring other brands that do individually wrapped watch patch.

excellent pain relief for an entire day – I have found these patches to be the best on the market for price, attaching onto the skim without burning it and providing pain relief for the entire day. Ones that attach to clothing are warmer/hot but look clumsy. These are attached directly to your skin and bring a gentle warmth and pain relief. very happy with. They make my day bearable suffering from constant back pain.

Helpful in releiving pain – I didn't find it hot. When I first put it on it was cold, but definately relieved pain. I also found attaching the patch to another patch clumsy and messy

Way too hot – This product was way too hot compared to any other I've tried so far. Had to take it off after the first five minutes as it was burning my skin! Didn't like the fact that you have to attach the patch to the adhesive either. Seemed like a clumsy method of doing things! Too much heat
