Dencorub Regular Strength Heat Cream

Bad Experience buying Medicated Cream Made In Australia worst than buying from China – I bought this Heat Cream some time back and have not used it at all. Today I took it out and want to press some cream out of the tube to rub my back, and Gosh! instead of cream oozing out of the tube, it is just water, not sure whether it is eucalyptus oil or camphor oil.

Check the date on this product before you buy – Bought this for my wife. When I opened it it was so runny it nearly wrecked the upholstery where she was sitting. I then tried to "kneed" it in the tube but it came out granular and lumpy. I saw it was close, by a few months, to the recommended use by date. I rang up their help-line. But they were useless and seemed unconcerned. I suggest checking the date on the tube before you buy and make sure it was made recently. I've never had this issue with Voltaren.

Unstable product – If you leave this product in the cupboard for 6 months the cream separates into a liquid and paste and will not re-integrate if you mash the tube around. This is the second nearly full tube of this product I have had to throw away.

No good – The pain relief which is described in this cream does not occur. You are better off with the hot, smelly old cream which you know is working ... absolutely false to say this is good for arthritis, for those of us suffering pain its certainly not worth your dollars.
