terrible! [Name Removed] has installed a ducted aircon unit that is not in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines, thus leaving me with a unit that has no warranty. wiring installed incorrectly. broken vents. no air filters. machine has already broken down (only 1 year old) and repaired at my cost. They are ghosting me and not returning calls. [Name Removed] is no better. [Name Removed], you know how to contact me. come make it right. buyer beware this dodgy tradie.

Do not deal with this shonky crook He only wants your money he’s sales rep Anthony pursued me very had to get my business once deal was done and deposit paid then they contacted me there is no stock of 20kw units would be happy to supply 18kw I had come to and agreement with [Name Removed] that $300 back my way (text message attached) 27/11/2025 id sent him email and his team an email with lots of issues unit is not cooling down my house he sent me an email requesting my agreed refund he’s operations manager sent me an email on the 05/01/2026 saying it will be paid on Friday 09/01/2026 I’ve been chasing them flat out On the 20/01/2026 [Name Removed] sent me an email confirming it will be pain in this weeks pay cycle still nothing I call him and send text messages doesn’t respond Friday 13/02/2026 I sent him text message saying I’m coming to his advertised address in Dandenong he has opened message no reply lots of phone calls won’t pick up the phone I tried calling his operations manager same thing I arrived at this address only to see it’s a self storage place tried calling again no answer He’s obviously hiding something to not list he’s business address Unit has never worked correctly from first day now I’m starting process with Consumer affairs
his company is crooked! Beware, be warned! Installation dates not met, technitions didn't show without notifying me, so I wasted time waiting around for a no show. Poor communication until I cancelled my order, then I heard from them and refusing to provde a refund for services NOT provided. Owner is sweet as pie until cancellation then extremely rude and threataning. Full of praise for themselves and won't accept or own their faults. Hardline that deposit is non refundable as per their contract, ask to see the contract to be told tha the contract is their word - their word is worth nothing. My costs so far are in the thousands plus the deposit of $3,497 They have previous form according to Google Reviews, I'm not the only person scammed by them. Matter is proceeding to court.
Follow-up · A specific threat was: "Bring it on! It's going to cost you more in court to recover the money than the amount that you are claiming, your wating your time, we've seen this before". Services promised were: Supply and install HVAC system on 8 January 2026 if I paid 50% deposit (about $3,500) on the day of the order (19 December 2025) There is/was no written contract. A verbal contract was entered into for supply and instal of the HVAC system on a specific date, if the deposit was paid on the day of the order. A written quotation wasa provided and a vebal contract ented into without any mention of the deposit being non-rfundable under any circumstances.
