DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE – This company uses photos from other designer sites which I’ve now noticed. I requested a refund for the cheap horrible dress I ordered which on their website looked beautiful and had good reviews (obviously they must be fake reviews) They just wanted to send me another dress and I pay for postage so I said no, I want my refund. Now they won’t return any of my emails. Please don’t waste your money, if I could give NO stars I would have!!! :(

Buyer beware – Purchased a dress, arrived damaged, not the dress pictured in advertisement. Quality was soooooo cheap. They do not honor their return policy. After several back and forth emails, they stated best they could refund is $25, that's their limit. Do not order from this company.

Website is a Scam using photos from other Designer websites – I purchased an evening dress after seeing a Facebook/Instagram ad. I absolutely loved the dress in the ad and after checking out the photos on their website I purchased the dress. It took around 2 weeks for the dress to arrive. However when I opened the package I discovered it is a cheap shein/temu style ripoff of the dress advertised. I've since realised that the desigmore website have cut & paste the photos and online video of the dress from a Rebecca Vallance webpage! The description of the dress has also been cut & paste directly from the RV website. Desigmore are effectively advertising designer dresses but selling you cheap ripoffs. The dress I received looks like a cheap see-through nightie, despite the website advising the dress would be made from completely different fabric and it would be fully lined. Please don't be duped and disappointed like I was. The dress you end up with is not the one in the photos! And the dress you receive is of terrible quality! I'll admit I have much cheaper shein dresses that look better! Apparently I have to email the company to ask for a refund - I bet that doesn't happen!
