No "Designer Image" – There is not too much to say here, firstly there was no "Design" in Designer and certainly no "Quality" in the Image. The project was stopped as it was completely unsatisfactory from every aspect. I then needed to fight Paul to gain "part" of my deposit back and make repairs to the damage done during the installation work. I have the photos and would be very happy to share.

Excellent job! – We found Designer Image online and visited their workshop in Kirrawee. Paul, the owner, met with us and together we designed two build ins. We are very happy with a quality and installation of these wardrobes and are happy to recommend this company. Thank you Paul and the team.

Poor quality and poor service – Salesman was very good installation was appalling took 6 weeks to fix. Wardrobe was not affixed to the wall, this made it falling hazard. Not the thing you want in a child’s. Or any bedroom.Doors bowed and fell off still outstanding

to go ahead. I told him to cancel it. He left part of wardrobe internals across my front door and I had to then deal with trying to get the items removed. He was trying to force me to go ahead with the job. I went through fair trading and the police told me to fill out a fraud pack against him. HE KEPT MY DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT RETURN IT. Do not deal with this company it is not worth it.

Terrible salesman – All i can say is terrible service and prices is off the roof. My friend and i have bad experiences with this company and would not reccommend it to anyone else. Got a quote from salesman [Name Removed], and 2 weeks later called up to cancel installation and he was bloody rude and abusive over the phone. Like seriously? Terrible quality and service – Do not use this company unless you want a flat pack wardrobe solution. We are up to our 6th visit to fix quality issues. Paid an exhorbitant amount of money for 2 fully lined built in wardrobes, which are not 'custom made' as the website suggests and therefore do not fit our space properly. pack style wardrobe and that fully lined would not be appropriate for our uneven walls as they do not measure to fit. We also had poorly cut panels and shelves, bowing uprights, scratches on aluminium door frames, poorly sliding doors, screws not fully screwed in and of different colours, filler used to make up for chunks taken out of some panels and for incorrectly cut floors (which is now spread all over the wardrobe surface), extensive damage to carpet and newly painted ceiling and other surfaces...the list goes on. The typical response was 'that's ok, it's how they are'. They do not show up on time or with a full van of materials, hence the need for multiple visits to 'fix' issues. We paid the money before our issues were fixed, and although they have come back since then, I know the end result will not be to a standard that any reasonable person would expect. Do not risk it.
