Designer Plants

So.... faux plant can be really yucky so I was hesitant to consider an artificial plant wall screen but I thought why not... it will save lot of time and effort. I ordered photinia amd ivy and chose photonia. It was lush and thick so blocked neighbours well. It is very real from inside and looks so much better. Potted a shurb up in front and very happy overall. Quality much denser then other samples I got and thicker leaves the bunnings. Show details

Purchased these plant leaf panels about 7 years ago and had designer plants installed them. Then returned again to do second area in a few months ths once we moved home finally. Product was very easy to install and lasted in the sun very well. We tried timber trellis from hardware and cracked quickly but these lasted us until we sold the home just recently and will use again. Looks realistic too thiking it is a hedge.

Absolutely love my topiary plants when they arrived I was blown away by how real they looked even better than expected. The delivery was free and quick the website easy to navigate. Company refuses refund despite product arriving damaged – I'm a fan of artificial greenery and have bought several fake plants in the past, but not from this company. was surprised at how poorly the whole item was put together compared to what I had purchased in the past. Worse, the leaves on the section that had detached during transport were now completely squashed and could not be straightened out. As a result, an item that was meant to be 1.8 m high is now 1.7 m tall and doesn't look anything like it should. After a flurry of emails back and forth to Designer Plants (with photos attached), the company is adamant that they will not issue a refund, only an exchange, and that I must return the item (which is big) at my own expense. I have reminded them of my rights under consumer law but that means nothing to them. As a keen online shopper, I have never encountered such a bad attitude before. My advice: go elsewhere.
