Hahaha wasted my time building there product – Poorly made products no care there at all and just not the people you want to give your money too or deal with at all

Avoid at all costs unless you want MOULD, threatened to be reported to Food Authority or the wrong order! – Avoid at all costs unless you want MOULD, threatened to be reported to Food Authority or the wrong order!  Despite being brand new, it had black mould all over the silicone-sealed areas. Contacted them for over 2 weeks with no resolution. When I expressed my frustration, the owner [Name Removed] said it best in his own words "I’m going to report this to the food authority. I suspect you have no cleaning routine or maintenance." The tank had never been used, so his accusation was absurd. The audacity of a supplier to threaten a customer! The worst part is he actually pretended he was [Name Removed] from customer service and responded with her email. [Name Removed] acknowledged she had no idea about that email and that [Name Removed] had wrote it. Designer Tanks use silicone that is not mould resistant even though there are mould resistant food grade silicones available. Additionally, we asked for 4 internal supports and got 3 so they can't even get an order right.
