I received suffers from two major flaws:

The plastic housing intended to cover the air compressor mechanism—essential for the stool’s height adjustment—does not fit securely and falls off. This exposes the mechanism, which is not only unsightly but potentially hazardous. The cushioning is severely lacking. It fails to provide comfort, becoming extremely uncomfortable after just a few minutes as the stool's hard base becomes unbearable. This is a fundamental failure in a product meant to be used for seating. After reaching out to Desky for a possible repair, replacement, or refund, I was met with resistance. Their refusal to acknowledge and rectify these significant issues forced me to consider external avenues for resolution. I am now in the process of contacting Queensland Fair Trading to seek help.

Given this experience, I strongly advise potential customers to consider other, more reputable options for their furniture needs. A company that neither supports its products nor values customer satisfaction does not deserve consumer trust.
