I bought a Devanti 12 bottle wine fridge. It worked fine until it was just out of warranty, and then it completely stopped working one day. I got in touch with Devanti product service, who told me they couldn't supply any spare parts to fix it. Yes it was cheap, but its disappointing that it only lasted a bit over a year and now can't be fixed.

Excellent dishwasher – We recently bought the Devanti benchtop dishwasher and we absolutely love it. The size is perfect for our small kitchen and three people and the dishes come out sparkling clean. We put the dishwasher on the shelf under the benchtop so it has a very nice built-in look and doesn’t take much space. Easy to operate, looks great, washes really well. Highly recommended if you have a smaller size kitchen and do not need a large dishwasher. Show reply

I bought the bench top water dispenser worked great for the first 3 months stopped buying water from shops then hot water came out of the cold water I replaced the filter but still no clod water

Had their ice machines. First one was pretty good and lasted just past warranty but was used a lot. Had 2 since and nothing but issues. Last one broke after two months. Tried leaving it off for a while and still won’t work. Eventually went with another brand

Had two that’s Devanti fans fitted under insurance in November 2025. One of the fans was replaced three times from new because it made groaning noises when turned on. point claiming a warranty claim because now I’ve gotta pay another $700 for the electrician to come and fit the bloody fans again.

Bought a 12 bottle wine fridge and after 3 months it stopped working. Contacted Devanti customer service Tha promptly answered saying that they couldn’t do anything as it was an online buying and then I would contact the seller. Luckily I had bought from Amazon which I am Prime and they gave me the refund in 3 days after I sent back the poor quality product.

Need help to fix Wok Burner – We bought the Devanti Gas Cooktop for our new house. Before using that the Wok Burner did not ignite. the other 3 work. But we need the Wok burner. We need to know how to get help with 2 years Warranty.

after they've explained multiple times, again and again, endlessly repeating why they can't go through eBay.

They're also not honouring the extended warranty that's stickered on the dishwasher but they're not acknowledging any sort of warranty or consumer rights so I guess it'd be weird if they did.

The attached screenshot is after I told them four times why I can't go through eBay.

My floor is soaked with water as it leaked out of multiple parts of the dishwasher. Broken after basic use in just a couple months at most.

No empathy, no apology, no attempt to make things right.

Would give a 0 star if possible. Product was dumped in the driveway by an irresponsible courier. Very poorly manufactured machine as well. The stablising screws at the bottom of the machine could not be installed properly as the screw hole was completely smooth, causing the machine to shake violently and even walk out of its spot. Damaging my walls in the process as well Absolutely horrendous product, would not recommend to anyone, ever.

The Devanti Sensor Bin was a staple item in our household for several months. with the same welcoming smile of our Devanti bin! After several months of use we noticed the bin would quietly chew it's way through it's set of x6 AA batteries in shorter than expected periods of time. This problem continued across some weeks where we no sooner replaced the batteries, to have the bin go into it's "hungry phase" by struggling to open fully & slow down dramatically. Eventually the battery replacement did not help the issue any further. We discovered that it was an issue in the mechanism that was causing the Devanti bin to make the most horrible gear grinding sounds & ultimately struggle to perform it's one & only basic function after only 14 months of ownership. We are disappointed & would not recommend this product, even though it's gimmicky groove & sleek design were fun at the time.

AUTO BINS: Be v v careful here. The steel one is not stainless steel. After 2 years we have rust coming through everywhere even though we of course use green rubbish bags (this is a 70L kitchen bin). Not impressed at all. Will never buy again. The auto closing and opening works well and that's the only good thing about it.

Go by your reviews, I really think you guys need to lift your game, I was considering purchasing an Induction Cook Top you have on Ebay, thinking twice now. Dennis Roberts

I purchased the devanti wet dry vacuum. It arrived promptly, that was the good part. It explains in the instructions that the sponge filter must be used to use the wet vacuum, the sponge filter did not come with the machine. Now unless I get the wet filter the machine is useless. filters any where, and I have reached out to Devanti, and again after many emails back and forth, they cannot supply the filters. So I am stuck with a vacuum cleaner and not able to use the wet cycle. DO NOT BY DEVANTI.....

original invoice? If I have the model number why shouldn't I be able to get the right parts? I will not buy anything from them, nor I will recommend this brand to friends.

contact Woolworths, the retailer. I sent them another message asking for someone with some knowledge of their product so I could find out if the fridge is supposed to vary in temperature on a hot day but received exactly the same response, do any real people actually work there? No customer service whatsoever.
