finally answered, then following more emails I was finally told that they don't have the part and there was nothing that they could do. So although the product is ok if you need a spare part I think you will be lucky to get it, I would recommend purchasing.a brand name product.

fire is off accidentally, this feature costed me extra 25% in my previous Eurolec cooktop. It is easy to use, ignition never fail, glass top is very easy to clean as well. The issues are, the product workmanship is average, although it does not impact the performance, the spark head of the main burner came off during installation, which the plumber has to "glue" it down again. The small burner is not actually level, means that the fire is tilt to a small angle, there is no tuning option for the burner heads. The four burners are too "close" together, therefore to use all 4 of them at the same time will be very challenging, or not possible at all if the cookware is relatively big. Overall, the appearance and initial performance is satisfactory, for the price of the product, I don't think there is any complaint as yet. Will look forward a longer term performance.
