Having move and live in Elle Apartments Balmoral St Waitara over a year, which wa[s developed and build by Development Corp, we are very disappointed with their lack of action on Project Intervene for some structural issues. Development Corp has agreed and did fix certain water ingress problems pertaining to the building but the workmanship was so shoddy, the problem resurfaced in less than a year. Development Corp now refuses to rectify their shoddy workmanship. Their work on Project Intervene has yet to commence... Any property buyers of projects under Development Corp should be extremely vigilant on the quality and workmanship of their projects - we are now monitoring when and what how NSW Building will enforce Development Corp to complete the rectification work professionally.

Poor quality builds, bad investment – These apartments are poor quality, such as the "Park Avenue" developments. Within a a couple of years, major structural damage was found with cracks and water leakage. These issues were found in recently built apartments. This shows the builds do not have longevity and have only resulted in decreased value as the conditions worsen. The builders are not helpful, they dodge communication and will not fix anything, waiting for the warranty to end. Do not invest your hard-earned money into these properties.
