If you want drama, go to Device Xperts in Midland Shopping Centre WA. Hubbie bought a USB cable for me and was promised to get a refund if it was the wrong cable. Yes, it was the wrong cable and he went back to Device Eperts and asked for a refund. Instead of giving him a refund they called Security and created a really stupid situation out of… Read more

nothing!! Why not just refund the money and everybody is happy!! We will never shop there again and if you go there, make sure you got the right thing when buying as they will call security on you if you complain or stand behind your rights.
