Definitely would NOT recommend this company – Devons negligence in forwarding paperwork to the banks, when requested, contributed towards an almost 2 week delay in settlement of property. When I rang to speak with the Devon staff member responsible, they would not take my call, or made an effort to call me back. This non-responsiveness added stress and further upset to the delay. I also gave details to another staff member to pass onto the Principle of the Business - there was no response from Principal either. Nor was there a reply when I emailed the Principle to try and discuss the matter.

I was charged full price - for a very average service, that lacked professionalism and communication.

Due to this extremely nerve-racking and frustrating experience, in my opinion, I would not recommend this company to look after your property needs. Especially as it can naturally be an emotional ordeal to begin with.
