Well done DGA! – Excellent start to finish. From the outset, Trevor and his team sought to understand our needs and provide a solution that was a suitable replacement for all the aluminium windows and sliding doors in our apartment. The resultant commercial grade, engineer certified double glazed windows and doors were installed by friendly and skilled staff who worked safely and cleaned up as they went. Project Manager Simon kept us informed and at ease throughout the installation process. The finished product that also included retractable fly screens not only looks exceptional, but delivers the desired benefits in waterproofing, reduced noise levels and comfort. Well done DGA!
Totally unprofessional and don’t know that they are doing! – Advised it would take 1 day on site to install the windows instead it took 6 days over 4 weeks. The detailing was not to specification which was confirmed by the fabricator and as a result the windows had to be sent back to the workshop 3 times before they got it right. Half the windows fell off the back of the truck and smashed. Half the windows were installed the wrong way around.
From the time of the quote to installation it took 3 and half months.
Project Manager never answered/ returned calls or responded to emails or text messages.
When I made a formal complaint to Consumer Protection I was told that DGA had contacted me by phone and I had advised them that I was satisfied with the installation – I never received a call or said that. When asked if they could produce a phone record to back up their claim they said it had been deleted.
Avoid this double glazing company at all cost!
