Diamantina Outdoors

I bought a caravan mat from Diamantina Outdoors for $199.99 a few weeks ago. A week after the maximum delivery due date, it had still not arrived. After following them up they said there was an error at their end for which they apologised. BUT THEN THEY WANTED AN EXTRA $28.32 to deliver the mat. After giving an ultimatum to either deliver the mat in accordance with our agreement or return my money, I stopped hearing from Diamantina Outdoors. Luckily I bought the mat through PayPal. After putting in a dispute claim PayPal gave my money back. I will never deal with Diamantina Outdoors. BE CAREFUL.
