WOW what can I say, I'm so impressed with this company's service, from speaking to their head office to booking in the vehicle , so so professional and forth coming with all the information I needed, and what a brilliant job they did, my new suv, it's like looking into a mirror, overall it took about 5.5 hrs but you could tell that he had pride in what he was doing. I can most highly recommend this company!!
Arranged an appointment to do my car. No show. Technician did not answer his phone. No response to my voice mail. Contact the office, they promised to call me back- Still waiting for this call. Unprofessional, disappointing.
Absolutely outstanding customer service. I dealt with Joel, who is professional, personable and has incredible integrity. He did what he said he would do and provided efficient and helpful advice on how to best maintain my brand new car. Highly recommend Joel and the team!
Well Worth It! – Bob was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the product and process. Jimmy was excellent at preparing my new Mazda CX30 and his application was spot on (no spots). It makes it so easy to remove bird droppings and the Paint Protection & Full Interior Protection from Diamond Plate is half the price of most dealerships. Very happy with the Product, Pricing, Sales Team (Bob) and Application by Jimmy. Highly Recommended!
Fantastic – I had my brand new 2 days old, KIA EV6 (white) done with the complete package, Paint, Seat Fabrics, Carpets, Carpet Mats, Vinyl trims and Alloy Wheels. Vehicle Ceramic Paint Coat Protection – Just had Diamond Plate provide CERAMIC PAINT COAT protection to my new car. It looks awesome! Nat handled the job and he was fantastic.
