A lovely experience – We recently purchased a replacement engagement ring for my wife. As she was unable to find the style she had in mind we decided to have it made. We did do a fair amount of research and of course browsed the Net, read many reviews and ended up with a short list. One of the manufactures on our list was Diamond Story based in Melbourne CBD. We arranged a meeting with Mr. Paul Chung at his office. We had a pretty fair idea of what we were seeking in style, size, and quality and were armed with pictures of designs that were close to my wife’s choice. Paul was excellent in listening to our design ideas and offered helpful alternatives for us to consider. He showed us several stones that were at our target price but with variations in the colour, clarity, cut, size etc. We also requested a small channel setting on the shoulder section of the band to which he suggested useful alternatives we hadn’t considered. It was a relaxed friendly atmosphere where our requirement were key to Paul and in around 30 minutes we had the ring, design and GIA certified diamond decided on at a very reasonable price. Paul kept us up to date on the process and sent us magnified pictures of the stone when he received it shortly thereafter he advised us our ring was ready for collection. When we arrived to pick it up we were both so happy with the result, it was even more stunning than what were expecting. A very pleasant experience for us and we can happily recommend Paul and Diamond Story to any future purchasers of jewelry. RobNBeth

Paul is a true diamond dealer with a great eye for real life value. He will find the diamond for you, not try to sell you what his has in stock.
