mechanic found out our gearbox not reconditioned properly, despite denials from D/T Windsor. Asked for refund- refused. Many phone calls-no reasonable outcome reached. Referred matter to Dept Fair Trading NSW who were marvelous. Got refund for poor workmanship and bad service
