Terrible – Incompetent, deceitful, borderline illegal. refused, saying that they would keep it to cover the bill for next month (for a service that hadn't been provided) when I said that the money they took was the money I had reserved to pay my rent (I was a uni student at the time),they still refused and said "personal problems aside." Don't remember any pros in particular. Appauling customer service, unethical billing policies.

Bad – Ok to use untill there is a problem then be prepared to be frustrated as you contact them on the phone and get the run around. Cheap and provide free dial up internet with phone plan Very hard to contact and are introducing a fee for a paper bill
