Avoid At All Costs – I joined Yes Digital on the 21 June 2019 . [name removed] , the manager told me the joining fee which sounded reasonable , and how much per month I had to pay . Everything sounded good . I was told I would be on front page of maps . After a three week period my business wasn't on maps at all , let alone front page . I contacted [name removed] straight away . He said my account would be put on hold until it was all sorted out . I waited patiently until finally cancelling on 22 July . Never once did my business make it on maps at any level . I have since checked my bank details and have found [name removed] hadn't put my account on hold . In fact , had been taking two payments per month not just the one . Even though I am not even a member any more they continue to take money . Basically I am hundreds of dollars out of pocket with nothing to show for it . So if you get a call from Yes Digital , do yourself a favour and just hang up .

They will not honour the warranty – The product I bought clearly had a 1 year warranty in the description and the site made numerous references to the fact that all the products they sell carry at least a 12 month warranty. But when my purchase failed within the 12 months they did not want to know.... Then DigitalYes actually altered their website to remove reference to a 12 month warranty and contacted me to say that my product actually had no warranty from them!! Luckily for me I had taken screen shots of their website prior to contacting them (and therefor prior to them changing their website!)so I can easily prove the warranty that was offered on my purchase. I have written to them detailing all of this but as of yet have not heard back, I will look to take it further if I don't get a response, as I do not believe it is lawful or moral to use this sort of business practice. I would not trust this company and if you do make sure you take screen shots!!!! Service was fine untill I had a problem They will not honour warranty

The above review is misleading. Customer purchased the lamp (projector’s spare part) which is not only comes with a maximum 6-months warranty, but also has a limitation on the number of hours it has been used. The warranty for such products is handled directly by Epson Australia:

The same warranty policy applies for the lamps no matter where it has been purchased online or in any store as long as the product was purchased through the official Epson channel.

Wonderful service – Digital Yes were a pleasure to work with. Initial service was absolutely fine – web purchase experience was easy and logical. A sales agent phoned me directly to confirm my addressing details were as expected and to state a 24 hour delivery of the item. Sure enough the courier arrived as stated early the next day. Regrettably there was a minor manufacturing fault with the item. This was no problem for Digital Yes. They provided a replacement promptly which was perfect. Overall a fantastic purchasing experience which I thoroughly recommend. Fantastic, prompt service and delivery. Minor manufacturing fault with item - solved promptly via replacement.
