Dimplex D14B Turbo Tilt 35cm Box

Great fan - hard to find other fans that compete – Hi all, I bought one of these fans a few years ago. Recently had to replace - to find Dimplex no longer stock them. Never fear – I found the same model (albeit with different branding) under the Omega Altise branding! My cooling needs have been satisfied. I need a new one – This has been the go to fan since we purchased it 16 years ago. It's been so reliable and efficient, and was used so much I"m surprised it lasted this long. Very cost effective. It died in December 2015. They are hard to find though which is why I'm Googling.

Good – A far more effective unit than a pedestal fan as it sits on the floor, flat against the wall and it is only the inside blades that move from side to side, not the whole unit. THis means that you can leave it where it is and don't have to put it out of the way. very efficiently moves cooler air around the room - surprising how far away from it you can feel the effect. Is very tidy looking and doesn't take up much room, and I use it in a fairly large lounge room and it does a great job
