Awful product and customer service from both retailer and manufacturer – Fans turn off after 24 hours. Manufacturer claims it is a safety feature, yet not listed in user manual. "Night mode" is quiet, but also reduces the fan / cooling to negligible impact. I'm thoroughly disappointed that I sent my Sunbeam tower fans back when the Dimplex were delivered.
