It’s ok – Just bought two for my back deck, powerful and fan noise minimal. But pretty frustrated with the very loud beep when you plug it in or press any buttons, like alarm clock loud, I guess this fan is intended for industrial use in noisy warehouses etc? I opened up and put gap filler in the beeper on the circuit board which reduced the sound significantly but very difficult doing this. Also wanted to add a smart socket to turn on off...fans are one of the most common items to use smart plugs on, sadly this one is too clever for that, when you turn on it does not go back to the setting you had when it was on, I should have tested this in store.
