Had to be replaced – Our first one stopped working after only a couple of months and had to be replaced by Appliances Online. The switch that senses when it's full of water and automatically switches it off got stuck to off, and we were told this is a common problem. The replacement dehumidifier has survived for longer this time, but I am being very careful when emptying it, and treating the switch as if it's fragile. Otherwise it certainly does its job and removes humidity, and I love how such a small machine makes a noticeable difference to how a room feels. No more condensation on windows in Winter, and with humidity below 60% mould cannot grow! Portable, with sturdy castors. The little plastic switch can stop the machine for good if it breaks. A little noisy. The boxy design is awkward looking in a nice room.

Just adding that the replacement supplied by Appliances Online also died of the same 'turning itself off' problem very soon after this review. Considering I was super careful with the second one, I have to think that these dehumidifiers are complete rubbish.
