Barbara managed the rental of my apartment in Melbourne. She gave great advice and set my expectations clearly. All the processes for property management were handled professionally and I felt comfortable that both my tenant and I were being well looked after. The staff at Dingle were all very nice and happy to help.

Property still in the market and conducting rental inspections even after the property is already leased.

Poor professional management – No professionalism at all. Agent didnt update us when the inspection was cancelled as the property was already leased. I had to wait for the whole time trying to call agent who didn’t even respond. I had to call the office just to find out the property was already leased.

other agents. Makes you feel that you won’t get a brutal disappointment through disrespectful and dishonest under quoting that is on the rise again in Melbourne. Not sure what they are like to sell or rent through, but so far the looking to buy has been better than anyone else.

Agent no show - waste of time – Went to two viewings today (11/05/2024). The agent (Shane Dangen) showed 20 min late to the first one and was a no show to the second viewing in the afternoon. Didn’t pick the calls, or answer to the texts. The second agent had her phone disconnected. Five people waited and wasted their time. Very unprofessional. Beware if you are going to any viewings as the agents may not show up.

He has always followed up on all matters in a friendly, prompt and efficient manner. FABULOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP – Ender Gok at Dingle Partners is a fabulous property manager. As a landlord, he has always followed up on all matters in a friendly and efficient manner. As a property owner I feel in capable hands and I believe our tenant(s) have also found him to be responsive and understanding - which makes them want to stay on.

Please choose your tenants wisely – The tenant they hired on nova apartments level 1603 making humping noises randomly. I have been complaining from year. Tenant just using that place for something. Robbert Eggars - Did not sell – Robert Eggars failed to sell my property after three months on the market, not even attracting a serious bid. It sold within 3 weeks when I changed agents. His only real strategy was to put the add on line and call known Dingle Partners buyers. Slow to respond and follow up with repairs – Never contacts back when attempting to have issue repaired as it is time for them that they simply do not wish to spend. Never responds to any form of communication; phone calls, voice mails or even emails. Having to apply to VCAT to resolve issue.

Jenevieve in particular was great to deal with – Accurate details on rental property. Professional, friendly to deal with. Helped solve problems. When I needed out of a lease, they quickly re-let the property at minimal extra expense to me as the renter. I'd rent again from them anytime happily. I think they also served the client well, so I'd have no hesitation using them to manage a property of my own.

Lovely apartment – Jenevieve is a terrific person who helped ease the entire process. The property is good and the design is very unique. Jenevieve provided great customer service and I am happy to recommend her to anyone, anytime.

Disgusting service! – I came to the inspection at the appointed time and stood at the entrance to the house for 30 minutes !!! Beck's agent did not return calls, and I had to call the agency, where they told me that the check would not take place. I rewrote innspection the next day and my inspection was canceled! Don't waste your time with this agency. This is a disgusting agency with incompetent employees!

Excellent experience with Robert Eggers – We just had our property settled with assistance from Robert and the end to end experience was seamless. He is one of the rare REAs in market i have met with very honest attitude. He was approachable, easy to get any information and response time was quick. I find that these are the qualities which help any buyer to get across the line and so was the case with us. Thank you again and will definitely recommend and do business with Robert again.
