Barbara managed the rental of my apartment in Melbourne. She gave great advice and set my expectations clearly. All the processes for property management were handled professionally and I felt comfortable that both my tenant and I were being well looked after. The staff at Dingle were all very nice and happy to help.

Shocking management! Incorrect invoices most months, bills that shouldn’t have been paid and they lost two sets of keys to my apartment without even bothering with an apology! I’m glad to be rid of them. Appalling ‘service’!

Poor professional management – No professionalism at all. Agent didnt update us when the inspection was cancelled as the property was already leased. I had to wait for the whole time trying to call agent who didn’t even respond. I had to call the office just to find out the property was already leased.

our request for compensation was unreasonable without speaking to the landlord. We were asked to direct our request to the OC for compensation who only the landlord deals with and can seek compensation. There has been no resolution yet to the issue. They are unprofessional, not supportive and very frustrating to work with. This is only one of the many incidents.

Property still in the market and conducting rental inspections even after the property is already leased.

Agent no show - waste of time – Went to two viewings today (11/05/2024). The agent (Shane Dangen) showed 20 min late to the first one and was a no show to the second viewing in the afternoon. Didn’t pick the calls, or answer to the texts. The second agent had her phone disconnected. Five people waited and wasted their time. Very unprofessional. Beware if you are going to any viewings as the agents may not show up.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL – whilst staying with dingle partners I was subject to a home invasion. I reported it to the police and dingle partners. The door was never secured and the property inhabitable. Dingle partners denied ANY report of a break in and said they have no record of our communications. Not operating in good faith – We have been trying to work with Dingle Partners for weeks to try and get a problem resolved but they are either incompetent or operating in bad faith.

Avesta Jamali – This has been the most exceptional customer service we have received from Dingle Partners in last 3 years. Since he has taken over as our property manager it has made huge difference. Thank you for helping with sorting out so much of issues with the apartment which was pending since past 9 months.

Efficient and friendly real-estate agent – I got my first apartment through Dingle Partners and dealt with Lindsay Hocking who was incredibly efficient and friendly during the process. I couldn't recommend her and Dingle Partners enough!

Reletting and advisory process over xmas holiday period for an investment property of ours – After somewhat of a checkered vacating period of a long term tenant, Dingle favourably negotiated retention of the tenant's entire bond to compensate us for some fixture damage and actively sought to secure another tenant which has been subsequently done all within a reasonable time frame and with a reasonable rental increment.

Best Real Estate company you can deal with – There’s honestly no better Real Estate company to do business with. They have provided me with a lovely apartment with a balcony which is one bedroom for an amazing price in Carlton. Only 10 minutes away from my work by tram. They are extremely honest and I have been dealing with Clementina who is the best Real Estate agent anyone can have. You are massively rewarded by making your payments on time and keeping up to date with the rent.

He has always followed up on all matters in a friendly, prompt and efficient manner. Don't Do Dingles – In my experience, Dingles are cheap and incompetent, with landlords like Ian Wood who cover up mould problems, which existed prior to my tenancy and refuse to pay for repairs, despite at least 10 trade quotes. Dingles give Real Estate Agents a bad name.

Excellent Agent – I found Dingle Partners effective, based on the service provided by Ender Gok He was responsive, friendly and professional and offered assistance with grace and warmth.

FABULOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP – Ender Gok at Dingle Partners is a fabulous property manager. As a landlord, he has always followed up on all matters in a friendly and efficient manner. As a property owner I feel in capable hands and I believe our tenant(s) have also found him to be responsive and understanding - which makes them want to stay on.

Ender Gok is an amazing Managing Agent – Ender Gok has been the property manager for my two investment properties in Melbourne for a number of years and I can't rate him highly enough. Despite the usual ebb and flow of tenants coming and going, I've never had a property vacant for long. Please choose your tenants wisely – The tenant they hired on nova apartments level 1603 making humping noises randomly. I have been complaining from year. Tenant just using that place for something. Excellent service – I would like to thank Robert Eggers for his great work, from my recent dealings with him, he is professional, has great knowledge of the market, courteous, straight forward and efficient.

NO SERVICE AT ALL! – I had spoken to Clementina Tralongo regarding a rental property she had for rent in Keilor Downs. She says she will get back to you but doesn't. Really poor effort! enjoyed with Lachlan. He has been professional, courteous and accommodating. As opposed to other agents, he has seemed interested in working with us, rather than we working for him as other agents have made us feel.

In three days, we saw the property twice, submitted and signed the application. All due to the agents outstanding work.

Robbert Eggars - Did not sell – Robert Eggars failed to sell my property after three months on the market, not even attracting a serious bid. It sold within 3 weeks when I changed agents. His only real strategy was to put the add on line and call known Dingle Partners buyers. He did not have an alternative strategy when this failed, even when asked directly for a new plan.  Show details

Slow to respond and follow up with repairs – Never contacts back when attempting to have issue repaired as it is time for them that they simply do not wish to spend. Never responds to any form of communication; phone calls, voice mails or even emails. Having to apply to VCAT to resolve issue.

Jenevieve in particular was great to deal with – Accurate details on rental property. Professional, friendly to deal with. Helped solve problems. When I needed out of a lease, they quickly re-let the property at minimal extra expense to me as the renter. I'd rent again from them anytime happily. I think they also served the client well, so I'd have no hesitation using them to manage a property of my own.

This is a perfect place thanks to Jenevieve work in finding it for me – I have dealt with many real estate agent over the years, and found Jenevieve to be very professional and very helpful in finding me a place to rent , she is always quick to reply to my emails and needs . I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a professional realtor.
