Not operating in good faith – We have been trying to work with Dingle Partners for weeks to try and get a problem resolved but they are either incompetent or operating in bad faith.

Reletting and advisory process over xmas holiday period for an investment property of ours – After somewhat of a checkered vacating period of a long term tenant, Dingle favourably negotiated retention of the tenant's entire bond to compensate us for some fixture damage and actively sought to secure another tenant which has been subsequently done all within a reasonable time frame and with a reasonable rental increment.

Terrific service – We have been looking for an apartment to rent for our daughter for over the last six weeks. During that time we have met many real estate agents who have not responded to enquires, not been at an inspection on time or even at all. It has been a very frustrating process indeed. This stands in stark contrast to the excellent experience we have enjoyed with Lachlan. He has been professional, courteous and accommodating. As opposed to other agents, he has seemed interested in working with us, rather than we working for him as other agents have made us feel.

In three days, we saw the property twice, submitted and signed the application. All due to the agents outstanding work.
