Totally incompetent and unqualified – The government is clearly turning a blind eye to the appauling standards this company practices. The staff are totally incompetent and are not fit for purpose. It is farcical at best. The available roles are not suitable nor practical in distance they refer you to. The high turnover in staff only adds to the high disconnect between the clients and provider. It's a very sad excuse for a job provider run by a team of people who are totally lost in their roles. Every year or so, they rebrand with "Job Find" or another name that is laughable. The behaviour of staff is shameful and disgraceful. Those in government responsible for this disservice should hang their heads in shame.

Terrible service, not interested in finding the right person for the job – All this company does is find a person to slot into a role. No time or care is put into finding the right person for longevity. They just want to take your money and run and then try and rip you off when no contract was signed. Terrible service from Geelong and absolute rudeness from Camberwell. I will never use these recruiters again.

1800s the better times – I have met my obligations, they failed. No visibility between divisions. They get away with disgraceful acts. They do not help, you are a statistic to them. Rude, chauvinistic and discriminating. False promises, incompetent behaviour. Unprofessional standards of a human services department.

Everything 'Bombersfan' said x1000 – Horrible organisation full of ignorant bullies that all seem to know the rules as they apply to their own benefit, but not yours. Zero service, help, consideration or assistance. Their attitude towards anyone unemployed is that they are lazy dole-bludging scum, & if they find a piece of cr*p position two hours away that you are not even suited for or realistically capable of doing, you should be grateful. I am more experienced and qualified (1 trade qualification, 1 uni degree) than these idiots, but was struggling with the loss of my mother & long term partner, as well as my own health issues. This made me a naive, useless moron in their eyes. How do these people get funding? Avoid this horrible place.

Unprofessional JobActive Provider – I would not recommend this Agency to anyone. In fact they should be investigated by the the Department of Jobs and Small Business for misconduct. Their practices are nothing short of bullying and intimidation and they show absolutely no empathy or compassion. I had the worst experience with this Agency and job consultant. They are basically receiving funding by forcing to customers into activities without exploring other options. They are big on pushing people in "Work for the Dole" and won't offer any other alternatives. It's very clear this Agency is only interested in themselves and future funding.
