Di’s Delightful Plants

Plants all arrived in excellent condition, all very healthy and well cared for. Customer service is fantastic as well, they resolve any issue you may have.

First order. Plants arrived in excellent condition really well packed. Impressed. A nice specific note in the parcel about the seasonal state of one of the plants and what to expect for it once spring arrives. That was appreciated. Recommend.

Happy with my purchase. I ordered 5 plants, and they were packaged well. Despite living interstate, the package arrived quickly and the plants were in good shape. I was given a free plant as well, which was nice.

Disappointed – Not happy with plants how they arrived not in good condition Wouldn't recommend unless you lived in Victoria and got them quickly.A lot looked half dead and not well established .

Good value for money – Received all plants NSW coast in very good order. All as requested, bought around 40-50 plants. Flourishing nicely and excellent prices. The only issue was communication. There are definitely some email issues but after calling the centre and speaking with Di on her mobile, I had no further problems. She had been receiving and sending emails but I hadn’t received any in return.

Dead plants – I orders 9 agastaches and 8 arrived dead. I have emailed Di 4 times and received no response

Don’t bother – I ordered plants that were supposedly in stock. One variety was apparently sold out so Di offered that I could choose something else or just get more of the other varieties that I had ordered. I decided to get more of the other varieties. I had ordered 5 of the plant that wasn’t available. I received 1 extra plant of each of the other varieties… Read more

which amounted to 3 plants. She didn’t even send 5 plants to replace the 5 that weren’t available and as the ones that were sent were cheaper than the ones that weren’t available I ended up getting about $15 less in value. Of the plants that I did receive quite a few had basically no root system so I don’t think that they are likely to survive.

Good size healthy plants – I don't normally submit reviews, but felt compelled to when I saw the poor rating given by someone else. My experience was the opposite. The plants were healthy, a very good size and all thrived.

Don’t bother – Communication poor, plants substituted without consultation and dissimilar to what was originally ordered and a fail rate of 70% - 3 out of 10 plants survived and are still alive in Spring. Waste of money and time.
