Discount home improvements gave my roof a restoration did really good job the guys is so polite every step of the job was so professional I recommend them 100% best experience I’ve had in a long time if ever need them again they will be on the top of my list for sure.!

Had my roof cleaned very cheap and great value for money

and needed replacement, he also mentions the valley's were rusted and also needed replacing, with these recommendations, [Name Removed] adjusted the quote and added $4500, dad refused these works as the rood had been fully restored 9 years ago.

Dad requested the solar panels to be covered to protect from overspray, [Name Removed] didn’t want to as he said it was not windy, Dad insisted the panels were covered, [Name Removed] did cover them, once the job was complete and [Name Removed] had left, [Name Removed] was meant to come back the next day and remove the tape and plastic covering the solar panels but never showed up after Mum had paid him the $5000 the day before.

Dad can’t get on the roof due to his age so he contracted a local plumber to take the covering off and inspect the roof for damage, the plumbers report came back good, the valleys are in perfect condition and 12 roof tiles that had the corners chipped off and did not need replacing.

On final inspection by me, the ends of the tiles have not been painted, there is overspray on the gutters which can be seen from the ground a spider web had been painted which tells me the roof wasn’t cleaned very well and [Name Removed] cleaned his dirty equipment and tipped it on dads dark grey rocks out the back.

The Facebook link from there website doesn’t work so can’t contact them through there, google maps couldn’t find the company address in Melbourne and the company mobile number diverts straight to Miles who has a different mobile number on the quote that was given to my Dad.

All in all pretty bad service, my inspection would be over looked if [Name Removed] had tried to scam my parents out of an extra $4500 for works that were not needed, please be aware.
