There is a contact number and they do answer the phone. They can look up your order and it arrived on Day 10. They did not have a tracking number but the package arrived in an Australia Post parcel. tricky thing is there is no ABN displayed online but maybe their turn over is not huge. It is a legitimate business. Will use again.
Worse experience ever! They call you from suspected spam numbers at 6pm and push you to verify details or they will cancel the order. Customer service staff is unhelpful and they don't even send a confirmation of order email. My issue is still unresolved, awaiting my funds. I was so scared that I had to cancel my card and then change my Direct debit setups with 10 different companies. Please don't waste your money on this company.
Honesty is the best policy – Lied about an expiry date on a pack of 6 pipettes so product will be out of date after I have only used 4 of them.
Scammers – Would leave no stars. These guys are scammers. Paid $62 for a tray of 12 pack of food and they sent one small box saying that's what I ordered. They are $6 everywhere else for one box. Ended up getting a tray from petbarn delivered for $53. Don't fall for their misleading website.

deliveries in some regions due to staff shortages.' Can't seriously keep using this ridiculous, hand- balling excuse year after year. It repeatedly shows in their reviews THEY DO NOT Reach Out To You as They Claim - Multiple emails sent - First being 4 days after order placed, in their reply I was assured purchase would be dispatched the next day. Heard no word. I made contact 4 days later (8 days after order was placed). Finally 2 days later I got a phone call, once again saying my item will be dispatched first thing following morning and an email will be sent with tracking details plus a discount supplied for next purchase - a piddly 5% off. No email received. 3 days later, I email early morning. No reply. Email again mid-morning. No reply. Rang just after midday to finally get an answer and a tracking number. [Name Removed] was far from friendly on the other end of phone - Suppose he has his money, goods supposibly (and finally) posted therefore no refund can be asked, so no need to be friendly or nice, hey!?! Oh and no discount code sent or applied to account...go figure! Same tune from other reviews. Order placed 8th Nov. Today is the 21st Nov. Supposibly delivery is tomorrow 22nd Nov - though won't believe it until I see it. If I was told the truth from the start - I would've cancelled my order and purchased the product at a local store, as at the moment any 'savings' I made has gone out the window with having to buy small bags 'to see me through' for supposibly next day or two delivery - that I was repeatedly told. Only thing they're good at is taking your money and p¡ss¡ng in your pocket!
Very suss if they are genuinely 'Australian' run as their spelling is very much American spelling. Sly tactics with changing their Business Name repeatedly. Red Flag!

Main company Max Pet Supplies Pty Ltd ABN 86 603 803 738 zero care, only threats resulted in yet to be recieved refund, stated 25 days then changed to 3-5 Business days, whgen stole monoies within seconds
Excellent Service – Great value for money and received the product very promptly
Misleading – I ordered Simparica tablets for my 4 small dogs - offer was pack of 6 plus 2 free total cost $105.89 Received the 6 but not 2 free. I made enquiries re this response they ran out of stock and offered me $10 off my next order. Won't be purchasing ever again. False advertising.

there system had flagged something. They apologised and offered to restore the order only after I pointed out what poor customer service it was not to contact someone about a perceived issue, or at the very least, advise a reason for the cancellation.
I declined the offer and made a purchase from Budget Pet Products instead
