Ours is leaking from the bottom. Anyone know what might be causing this?
this is a new one. No sorry, but we had so many problems with this brand and no help from the company. We ended up getting rid of it for a better brand and better customer service. I suggest you do the same

Hi, my dishlex has just stopped working and sounds like it is constantly sucking water, even when turned off on the panel, only way it will stop is to turn it off at the wall, any ideas?
Hi, I have the same thing. What setting does it do it on? If it is on the quick setting, turn off at the power point, pull the plug. Turn the knob to the top setting. It should work on this setting. For some reason, the quick setting on these models crap out. Hope this helps, let me know.
Thanx
What does error no 40 mean?
When you open the door half way through a cycle should the bottom of the dishwasher be 2cm of water? I'm not sure if that's normal . I notice after a full wash there is some water at the bottom too. I may have a drainage issue I'm not sure
Hi Tom,
I can't remember noting how much water there was half way through the cycle. I know that there is often water in the filter after a cycle though.

Beats me !!
I'm just a customer. You'll need to ask dishlex that question.
Can I buy a new top lid?
I don't know but I don't see why not.
When do you know how much rinse aid to put in, my rinse aid light has never come on and sometimes the classes have some white on them. I don't use too much detergent but my old model dishlex used to have a window that went clear when you needed to put in more rinse aid. Also what is the best setting to have the rinse aid on from 1- 5.
We only use Finish tablets which include a rinse aid so don't add any. Have used the setting for multi-tablets.
For previous models we had to experiment to find the right amount of rinse aid - rinse aid type and dishwasher setting normally used.
Can you hook up to cold water only?
Yes, the dishwasher heats the water internally
