My disheasher is not working. The lights is on and the times is goes down as normal of washing but isn't washing, why? I mean the motor isnt working.
I went away for four months and when I went away, my dishwasher was working perfectly. I came back and now when I put the dishwasher on auto, it starts, water goes in and then it switches to Eco and doesn't go any further and doesn't turn off. Any ideas?
Does it throw an error code?
I have had nothing but trouble with my Dishlex dishwasher since purchasing in August 2015 - this machine was replaced entirely under warranty The latest problems with the replacement machine include faulty inlet valves - twice, and now pcb and board interface need replacing because of alleged insect damage by cockroaches at a cost of $324.00. The unit has been sprayed, there is no infestation anywhere else in the unit and I feel this machine is not fit for purpose. I find it extraordinary that a machine requires repairs costing 50% of a new purchase price in a little over two years of installation. I would appreciate your comments
why when using liquid detergent instead of tablets foams start coming out of the washer flooding my kitchen with bubbles and water? help!!!
Its a chemical reaction. Dont use Liquid, or use very very little of it. Powder is best.
My very first dishwasher!
Happy with performance and noise level in beginning.
Not happy now!!
Continually showing error code .20
Stops halfway through any cycle with code .20
No blockages....won’t work on eco cycle.
Reset and still stops
Please any help would be appreciated.
Turn off snd unplug and leave overnight.
Still same thing happens.
I don’t have my manual with me so not sure what error .2 is. Check your manual as first step. It will tell you what you can do to try and fix and/or if the error needs a technician. If it is within warranty, they’ll send a technician out free of charge. The last techinician who fixed our unit recommended using auto to let the unit choose what setting is appropriate for the load. He said eco creates issues for some reason (we use to have it in eco mode all the time). One essential advice from him is to clean the dishwasher using those commercial dishwasher cleaners every 6 months and regularly clean the drain filters and as much as possible avoid leaving solids on the plates and cuttleries as it increases the chances of a clog. So far, our unit hasn’t had any issues since then.
I just bought the DSF6305W, like about 2 hours ago. When I first plugged the power in all the lights lit up. I have just packed the dishwasher and I now can't the get the lights to turn on. There is power to the switch and the door closes fully. Any help would be appreciated.

My dsf6305 door want open al the way stuck halfway
We just bought the dsf6305x from the good guys and tried it the first time.We chose eco.andulti tab option. It showed it will take 2.50 hours however after 10 mins I checked and the display function is showing 20 mins.I waited a good 10 mins and.it didn't change. The display stopped at 20 mins. Can somebody help.Thank you.Anne
Unfortunately it sounds like a fault. We've had our machine now for some time and have not had this issue, and I can't think of any reason this would occur. Can I suggest you firstly switch the machine off at the wall and back on again. Secondly try another wash cycle... for example, try the '60' button option (quick 30 minute wash) and/or the same cycle again. This should demonstrate whether it is in fact a problem with that particular cycle or if it happens with other wash options as well.
Thanks will for taking time to.respond.tried all functions to no.avail.shall phone the supplier.have a great day
Can we use 2 "finish" soap blocks instead of one to improve the washing performance?
Hi, and thanks for your question. My advice is to generally avoid the soap blocks. I know many people use them and they are widely promoted and praised by advertisers. In our home we always use only liquid dishwasher detergent. Some years ago, when our previous dishwasher required repairs, the serviceman gave us some good advice. He explained that the blocks or powders don't always completely dissolve - and that this can lead, over time, to a build-up of undissolved material in the drain pipes which then can lead to blockages, repairs, etc. We have seen how sometimes undissolved material is left when using powders/blocks. However, with liquid there is of course no problem like this. As far as I'm aware there are only 2 liquid products available - One product is Finish and the other a Cussons 'Morning Fresh' product. They might seem a little more expensive to buy, but last well and do a better job (in my opinion) of washing with NO residue - and more importantly they don't potentially damage your dishwasher in the long term as explained. I've seen this same phenomenon with washing machines too - where powder-based detergents don't always fully dissolve. You can understand that over time that this residue material, like plaque in our blood veins, can build up in the machine's pipes and eventually cause blockages. Also, you can sometimes buy the liquids from the cheap $2 style stores (such as the former Crazy Clarks) in Indonesian/Malaysian versions of the famous brands sold in supermarkets for MUCH cheaper - same product. I hope this helps.
I agree but your reply does not answer my question?
