I changed back to Dispensed after Easykind became unreliable, and in general went downhill with their customer service and response times. Dispensed staff are quick to respond, and they were very helpful. The nurse and doctor was amazing during the consultation, I felt heard and I received help that I needed. Delivery time was super fast, well tracked and I kept receiving frequent updates about my package. Overall I had a great experience and I am very happy that I made the change.

i was with Dispensed two years. They then made of false stories about me and DISCHARGED me for no reason. During that time i spoke with 2 doctors prior that got same infor, but the recent one made up lies. Also my last script they actually took money out of my account even though my card had expired.

I signed up to the service. I did the lengthy intake process, received letters of approval, I just now needed to pay to have the order shipped....... After receiving payment of $260 i was told that product would not be shipped, I have to go to a GP and get letter of support. I did not like this deceptive conduct. So I requested a refund. I also had to cancel the card I provided to their subscription service as there was no option to remove my payment details from their system. Their system is subscription based and I felt I could not trust the service to not make "mistakes" regarding ongoing payments.

I requested that I not be refunded into the card I had cancelled. I provided alternative payment arrangements I was told this would be done. I had to upload ID and selfies to strangers over the chat service to get this done, I did not like doing this.

Three days later I received an email saying that I had been refunded into the card I had not wanted the refund to go into, even after specifically requesting refund not be put into that card.
