unreliable, cancelled 3 appointments òf mine today so i have to make more! don't waste your time sitting waiting for them as they don't call, don't let u know it's even cancelled. it's pathetic i'm reporting them to medical board

Called on schedule and were incredibly helpful, I saw a nurse practitioner for a piercing infection as my regular GP wanted to take the jewelry out if ointment didn't resolve the issue. They were informative on when I should see improvement, gave cleaning recommendations while the infection heals and urged me to book a follow up if I have any other concerns/advised what signs would require me to see a medical professional in person.

Booked a telehealth four days in a row and every time the dr has been so late to the point I had to cancel! I was not in queue any times, some I’d booked an hr in advance. Rude doctors and and can't question or get correct referrals required even after explaining I can be referred by a Gp and don't need a specialist referral to enter that pathway.

These guys used to offer a great service. Recent changes to Medicare bulk billing have resulted in fees much higher than those of a traditional GP, making them rather expensive for the service they offer. the initial consult for bloodwork and then a fee to have the results reported. The total cost is $160. Outrageous. I won't ever use their services again

Easy to follow and very helpful and knowledgeable. Updating your details is easy. The wait was only 14 min and was on time. Very professional. I received my medical certificate as soon as I got off the call it was already in my email. They will follow up two days later to check in apparently. All this was bulk billed which is amazing as Ive used other services and had to pay each time. Tha is a lot Abby health your amazing.

3rd time using Abby Health. I think this is the best service for very busy individuals like me who can never find time to fill my script, talk to a GP and even attend to urgent matters like allergy to sting. The nurses and doctors are lovely and the screening algorithm really helps

It was a prompt service. Highly recommend for a quick check and renewal of script. However I felt like I had to explain my concern over and over. I just stopped because the GP only explained their end and I didn't feel like my concern was heard.

The appointment was for my mother she was really impressed how fast she could get a doctor appointment without leaving her house. Very helpful so we didn't need to go to the hospital.

Honestly, i was a bit sceptical with booking in when i hadn't heard of Abby Health before (until i googled bulk-billed telehealth). But my scepticism was happily disproved. The process was extremely simple and quick. It was only minutes between entering my information, getting the doctors call and getting what i needed.
