I have moved to a town with limited doctors! Abby Health was so easy to book, and get an appointment the same day, I have used this service twice now, I highly recommend it.. All appointments have been bulk billed.. Win Win in my view

Honestly, i was a bit sceptical with booking in when i hadn't heard of Abby Health before (until i googled bulk-billed telehealth). But my scepticism was happily disproved. The process was extremely simple and quick. It was only minutes between entering my information, getting the doctors call and getting what i needed.

The practitioners are very helpful, caring and professional. You have the option of seeing the same person on subsequent visits if available. Easy making appointments and short wait times

Initially I waited for 30 mins hung up rang again waited 15 mins for one of the practitioners and sent a message that I was unable to get through. Jamie rang me back and I got my consulation so I was happy.

First time user and had an excellent experience! Website simple to use, was called at my appointment time, a quality consultation, and I received my script immediately. In these financially challenging times, the bulk billing really topped off the experience.

I have always had a great experience with Abby. It's so easy to make an appointment, the doctors have always been kind and thorough. My whole family uses it for medical certificates and scripts and it's such a great alternative if I can't get in to see my local GP.

Every time I have used Abby it has been incredible service. So quick, efficient, helpful, I cannot believe this service exists and is bulk billed. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Booked a telehealth four days in a row and every time the dr has been so late to the point I had to cancel! I was not in queue any times, some I’d booked an hr in advance. just false advertising. It’s been over 1.5hrs since I booked this most recent appointments consult (which said 10 mins next booked appt)

Rude doctors and and can't question or get correct referrals required even after explaining I can be referred by a Gp and don't need a specialist referral to enter that pathway.

These guys used to offer a great service. Recent changes to Medicare bulk billing have resulted in fees much higher than those of a traditional GP, making them rather expensive for the service they offer. the initial consult for bloodwork and then a fee to have the results reported. The total cost is $160. Outrageous. I won't ever use their services again

Made an appointment online and within 20 mins had received my script texted to my phone with repeats, all bulk billed. Would absolutely recommend and will use again.

Doctors at Abby Health always listen and are always happy to assist me with my regular prescriptions and discuss other health matters that I may had. Very short waiting time for your callback too. I use them regularly now instead of the inconvenience of heading to the doctors clinic.

This is a legitimate bull billed service with qualified competent doctors. I'm a fair dinkum skip that gets shingles. It was a quick painless experience, and it was fantastic being bulk billed. Having a very active full on toddler the Abby Health app meant that we were trying to battle medical centre waiting room boredom or tantrums. Very happy with the service.
