Simply not worth the trouble – Got the steering and suspension inspected and quoted. 1/4 of the parts on the inspection report did not match the quote. Booked the car in for the quoted repairs supplying my own branded parts as discussed before the job was done. After getting the car home I discovered 3 of the parts were not installed. Phoned him on Friday. Was told I'd be phoned back. I phoned back mid-Monday because he didn't call back. He only offered to install free 1 of 3 parts and refused a partial refund. I asked him to cover uninstalled parts to which he refused. Would not refer him to my worst enemy as the whole experience left me wishing I had gone elsewhere.
