The long awaited home – Thank You for building our new home.There are a few thing we were not happy with Communication that could do with some improvement also some of the Tradies need to learn to respect other people property. their house for a third Christmas. Poor management of the build. Poor workmanship by the concretor and painter. Unprofessional behaviour by the company director. Verbal promises made and then denied. Personal abuse of the client in front of tradesmen. The list goes on. And the house is still incomplete and empty.
Highly recommended – DJ Roberts company are currently building our home. My husband works in the industry and of all the builders we looked into, DJ Roberts was the same name that all trades recommended. I cannot applaud them enough. Awesome house perfect home – Very well managed build. With excellent workmanship all round. The only issues we came across were covid supply issues. DJ Roberts were very thorough and very professional and got the job done right the first time round with no hidden costs. Endless Nightmare! – I have found it an absolute NIGHTMARE to build with DJ Roberts. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with right up until the contract was signed, then it went downhill from there. communication, to misleading information in contracts. My best recommendation is to find another builder, if you insist on building with this company, get every single little detail in writing before you sign anything, DO NOT let them convince you they you will get what your after in your build without it been specified. They will straight up lie to your face. They trick you into when your build will finish, assuring you of dates in the contract, only to find out these dates start after council approval which they took 6 months to obtain. My build is upwards of $350k and they products I was told would be included in my build I'm now being told I need to pay on top as variations. So far I am out of pocket $100k due to the incompetence and lack of integrity from this business and I'm only mid way through the build, a build that I signed up to in Nov 2020. Please do not get caught out like I have been.
Very happy with our house. we love it! – We are very happy with our house. Had a few issues during our build but they were all rectified. Dave and the office staff were all very kind and helpful. Consider another builder – We would not recommend this builder!! The after service provided is nothing short of dreadful!! We have been left with serious safety issues costing $1000's to fix. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.
