Could not get it to work – After a long time on the phone with their help desk, I was advised to return product for a refund. I just couldn’t get it to work. I had a friend who is in IT assist me and he couldn’t make it work either. Maybe just a dud one but frustrating experience. Customer service was great though and refund given.  Show details

Great router, reliable and easy to use – We live in an apartment, this sits off to one side and really does well getting wifi through our place. Easy to configure and use too! Perfect, for small business owners and house hold – I have a team of 15 in the office and the router has been the most reliable tech we have ever brought. Its secure and support all 15 of the staff which they constantly uses internet throughout the day. No the cheapest in the market, but i can say its one of the best out there.  Show details

Buyer beware: NOT a modem – I accidentally bought this router thinking it was a modem/router combo. Bought for $60 off AmazonUS, once it came, I was thoroughly disappointed... until a couple of months later when the WiFi signal in parts of my house was cutting out due to interference from other neighbours on the 2.4GHz band. So I made this router into an Access Point and used the 5GHz band to eliminate this issue. I absolutely love it!  Show details
