Dock99.com = ghost company – Last week I have bought for $328 a Queen Size Gas Lift Storage Bed Frame on dock99.com and I tried to contact them but impossible to get in touch with them: no phone number, live chat always offline, no answers to my several emails, when you submit a ticket an error occur, no Facebook or Instagram accounts ("Coming soon")... well literally the ghost company. It's strange because in https://dock99.com/au/warranty there is an email address that is redirected to mydeal.com.au who says they have nothing to see with dock99.com. Conclusion: be careful when you buy online. Before purchasing double check few signs. Is there is a phone number? (if yes, not a fake one!) Is there a live chat which is really working (not a fake one!) same with email support address... well different signs that show the company really exists!
