I have recently purchased a product from this company. Have been waiting for notice regarding the “Free Next Day Express Delivery” but haven’t heard anything from them. So I reached out to them to be told the item purchased isn’t in stock. Were they going to let me know??? I have asked for an alternative to be sent. I have since ordered the same product from a different company, it’s already in the mail. With notifications regarding delivery.

cheap plastic breaks easily and the stimulation that it gave my dog cause it to vomit!

NEVER EVER USE THIS WEBSITE. They are dreadful, took my money and didn't deliver, plus they charged me an international transaction fee (they are Canadian based which they don't disclose on their website) ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER USE THEM - BUYER BEWARE

***Update *** Money has now been returned after their courier company failed twice to deliver to a business address during office hours.

Do not buy from them! – Failed to send my items express post as advertised, now refuse to provide a partial refund for following to provide the advertised services. Nor was the parcel dispatched within 24 hours as per their shipping policy. Customer service are poorly informed of facts and not customer focussed.

Not to be trusted! – Ditto to "Lucky" review a month ago. However, further to this I am still waiting for my refund through PayPal (who have not been helpful because of their generic automated responses). response. Emma from Dog Gear replied on the 03/12/24 that the refund had been processed and it would take between 5 to 10 working days to come through via the "original form of payment used" which has now passed and no sign of refund. I've continued my claim through PayPal, who I believe just forward this to Dog Gear. I purchased item on the 05/11/24 with the promise of next day dispatch. If I could give a "No star rating" it would be more appropriate. Ps. I've finally received my refund.

Scammers – Does not send product and does not advise you what you purchased is out of stock until you email and ask. No option for phone contact, email responses are slow and then once you have had enough and request a refund they ignore you completely.

Lack of product and transparency x2 – Previously ordered one in 2020. Worked well. Broke in 2024 went to buy another one. *Ordered collar 21/01/24 sent an email 2 weeks later when no shipping info came through.(automated response) telling me that they had none in stock but would be arriving soon. *5 weeks and no bark Collar. *Requested refund (automated response) did get refund. … Read more

*Tried to order again 2/08/24. * 2 weeks no shipping info or details hubby sent an email to find out none were in stock but arriving soon. BEWARE What bothers me the most is that they are not transparent on their site and anyone can still purchase an out of stock item that in all likeliness will probably not arrive. The only positive is the refund. Yet to request the second one.
