questioned the progress of the items, they knew it would not make it for easter. No offer to refund the easter products nothing. They followed up with Australia post but when I finally said after 20 days I want a refund, they told me that they will see what Australia post process is. If I had taken it through paypal I possibly would have gotten a refund. Are they bad people - definately not but I think business is business. If you are promoting an easter or some sort of holiday item, one would assume that you would do everything in their power to make sure it got there on time. I had stuff delivered from China quicker.

Wouldnt bother again - the only regret I have is not reading your other reviews before I purchased.

Bad Customer Service, Over promise, nothing delivered – Items never received, after leaving a bad review requesting a refund or the item to be delivered, they said they would not give us anything until we removed the Review? I have no goods, have not received the items and out of pocket $190.00
