After sales care amazing – I was having issues with one of the collars. I took it in to see Jessica. She was friendly, professional and took the time to explain what she was doing when she tested the gear. I am very impressed with the effort she put in even though the collar would have been out of warranty.

Disappointed - Items not in stock but paid for!! – I am disappointed with being able to purchase items online from Dogmaster Trainers with full payment being processed only to be called a couple of days later to let me know these items are currently out-of-stock. The transmitter will be in next week & the dog wire in next month. The money for the wire is hopefully being refunded after I strongly requested it (they were happy to let it sit on backorder for a month until it came in). Not good enough when we need these items urgently so we can go away for the last couple of days of our holidays knowing the dogs are safe & contained.

If items are out-of-stock then payment should not be taken, If I had known that they were not available I would have purchased them somewhere else & been off on my holiday by now.
