HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! – I brought a few tops from the online store roughly 3 weeks ago now, recieved an email saying one of the tops couldn’t pass quality process so I had to choose another top in which I did. NOT COVER shipping cost. What a rubbish policy. Not only that, as I tried to make the total purchase amount to $80 to be qualified for free shipping, as long as I entered my credit voucher code, the express shipping fee of $9.95 is then still applied. Need bigger sizes! – I wish yous would accomodate to bigger sizes, not everyone is small or a size 10-12. Its not that hard to go up to a size 14. You might find yourselves getting more customers. Along with your material not being the greatest, there is no stretch, always so short and theres always something that ruins a beautiful dress, such as a backless dress or to short, to much clearvage. Make more of an effort to support bigger girls

cheap ($67), i previously bought a jump suit from their in-store 2 years ago for my year 10 (homecoming) and it was pretty good quality, but i was still extremely paranoid that the dress would no look like how it's pictured on the site or that the sizing would not fit me. Anyways my friends basically forced me to get it as i was just staring at the dress online 24/7, even before i bought it i called them not once but TWICE to ask if the dress was going to look exactly like what it looks like on the model and both times the person i talked to on the phone was super nice and ensured me. The dress came in 3 days and i got updated on where my dress was and got to pick how it was delivered to my house. Once i got it I was still extremely paranoid about the dress but as soon as i opened the package my heart dropped and i was so surprised! it looked exactly how i thought it'd look like and fitted perfectly on me! I seriously don't understand why theres so much hate from them. I'm posting this because before i bought from them i was reading all your comments on sites like these and got 10 times more paranoid. and i want people to know from my experience (at least) its positive and I recommend them to everyone!!! (keep in mind this is for the formal wear though I'm not sure about other stuff)

Worst online shop ever – Terrible customer service and bad material of clothing. Not even worth 1 star. Their returns policy is awful fyi. There are way better online stores to shop at.

I Love this place! – i hope at both their inshore and online store. They have beautiful clothing, prices are fairly high compared to other places, though still affordable and their clothes are better quality and very very classy and stylish for a variety of occasions. I have ordered from them so many times and my items arrive each time in great condition and very quick delivery.

Great boutique a good variety of clothes – This boutique is so much cheaper then other boutiques... some of the pictures may vary in colours and material but i am overall happy with all the experiences i have had.
