Dropped the ball and cost me – Generally friendly staff but they did not remember facts about my case which I had to pick up. Also did not check if rates had been paid during settlement. When getting in touch to resolve the issue calls were not answered and nothing done to resolve to date.

we were faced with a looming 2 week settlement and no home loan secured she was able to gain an extension with no fees for us.
