daunting and so stressful, but Domination Homes took all the worry and stress out of the entire building process, and I cannot recommend Domination Homes enough to anyone who wish to build a new home. They address any concerns seriously and address them to perfection including providing photographic evidence. I was bit worried that my house will be delayed due to the boom, but it was amazing to see the progress. We are looking forward to the end result. This is the second time we are building with Domination Homes, the first one was built nearly 20 years ago. The first house built with fine craftmanship that goes into the construction, and I am certain the second house would be the same. They impressed me so much and no hesitation to building with Domination Homes a third time! We have had no issues and no major delays, the quality of work has been incredible, we can’t thank them enough.

After we signed the contracts the pre-start was a breeze but once again Domination Homes took it to the next level by providing us with constant correspondence on the build and updates on each stage. We did not have to chase them at any stage, responding to our emails and phone calls whenever needed was effortless.

We moved into our property in January and we couldn't be happier. The build quality has exceeded our expectations and the workman ship is outstanding. We have had no complaints whatsoever and have already recommended them to many of our friends.

It was wonderful working with people who are passionate about their roles and that made the big difference!

bear any resemblance to the level of quality shown in the display home we visited. I guess we were naive enough to think a display home would give an indication of the builders finishing quality. Many of the disgruntled tradesmen working on our house took opportunity to enlighten us on several concerning issues relating to this builder. These issues had a direct bearing on our home. I’m now in the process of trying to fix up the defects myself, sell it and put the nightmare behind us. The only joy I get out of my experience is in guiding friends and colleagues to choose another builder. There are many mid-tier quality builders in Perth that provide an honest quality job. This is not one of them. Do your hard-earned cash justice and make sure you seek professional advice before building, get your own inspector, have a lawyer check the contract, and insist on references for the builder’s supervisor. In the case of this builder, choose someone else.

Detailed design and quality finish to match – Workmanship was carried out above expectations and the attention to detail from the Supervisor was impressive. Communication was important as the non standard items we requested were explained to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The team was very approachable and attended to all requests without fuss which was a nice change from my previous dealings with larger builders.

We had them design us a custom home and they spent much time with us getting it just how we wanted it before we signed up. They never pressured us at all to sign and gave us great service until we were ready. Their designer is fantastic and even did a 3D of our home so we could get a true idea of what it would look like. He designed our pool as well and we are very happy with the final result.

The end result has made us very happy and all of our friends are very impressed and I think a little jealous! lol ! In a good way! The construction went very smoothly and our supervisor was a member of the company owners family so he made us feel very welcome. We would build again unlike some of our friends who had less than happy experiences building with other companies over the years.

went very smoothly in general and took around 13 months for a large detailed home.

We had a few issues with faulty products like twisted doors and scratched taps but they were more manufacturing issues from the suppliers.

When we brought this to their attention the issues were fixed quickly without any arguments.

We loved the design service from the start and they do this far better than builders we have used previously.
