Check your invoice with a fine tooth comb because it will most likely contain errors that will take four days to fix after multiple emails, messages and calls. Forget all about thinking at any point they will answer the phone promptly, they ghost your calls even though they say they pride themselves on communication. The only way to get them to answer is ring constantly. Honestly just give them a miss if you are looking to sell or buy they are the worst.
