We had our new front door fitted yesterday & we are over the moon! The quality of the door is excellent we can’t fault it & Charlie who fit it was excellent too, he was very friendly & very helpful & made sure we were happy with where the handle was to be fitted etc & he did an amazing job with all the fitting as well, he cleaned up after. We would definitely recommend doorstop if you’re thinking of getting a new door. Show details

Craftsman back door fitting – Very pleased with the prompt delivery of my new back door. The package doorknobs did not fit between the screen door, but Door Stop's staff immediately delivered a no cost replacement. Very Disappointing Experience – A very disappointing experience unfortunately. Door Stop left the job as attached in the picture. I cannot fathom how red flags were not raised when the door was erected beyond and above the existing door frame. employ to fix Door Stops work were shocked at the state Door Stop had left their work in.
I would not recommend Door Stop for their door install services.
Utterly disappointing job and service – Utterly disappointing. Our installation was delayed due to the wrong order being placed by Door Stop to begin with. Only to be followed by their suboptimal job. This resulted in more resources, time and money being wasted to fix the damage caused by Door Stop. No apology or any form of customer service was offered. I would think twice before getting a quote from them. Show details

could not offer me advice on anything. she did not seem that eager to help. I got the impression she believed I was a client who was a waste of her time. she took copies of my reno plans and all the doors and windows that I needed and said they would get back to me with a quote. I am still waiting. all doors and windows were to be wood. 9 internal solid wood doors, 6 door wooden bifolds, 10 double hung windows custom made to size a laundry door and window. we obviously went elsewhere. I was very very disappointed in the service I received after all the money you spend on advertising. i have never recommended your company to anyone and never will
