Way too overpriced!! – Try to avoid this company!! Fruits are not fresh, packaged foods are damaged, overcharging bank before delivery, and way too expensive for quality, even tho I bought a big box of fruits it was like 1/4 with fruit, for the price you pay is way too overpriced. I'm not gonna purchase any products from them.

Amazing Vegan Range – Amazing range of vegan options, accidentally found them when Googling a vegan product. Delivery not yet received but if the rest of the process is as good as their range I'm hooked.

Excellent product and service – I have shopped with Doorstep Organics for over a decade and always appreciated the range of products and excellent service. If ever fresh produce was past its prime a refund was made without question. It is sometimes difficult to obtain sustainable and organic groceries in the western suburbs but living alone during COVID-19 Doorstep was a lifesaver and maintained a great product!

Don't know what is going on over there, but quality is getting worse – We've used Doorstep for a couple of years now. For a long time they were quite responsive and the quality was good. However in the last couple of months the greens looked old and the bread delivered had a use by date of only two days from delivery. Both times I wrote to Doorstep telling them about the issues and both times I heard absolutely nothing. We are going to look now for another alternative to them.

Great product range and delivery options – Avoiding shopping in the pandemic is fine for a lot of items, a new t-shirt isn’t urgent, but food is. Doorstep provide four delivery days and a huge product range. Whilst the major supermarkets have most things, I prefer to consume fruit and vegetables that haven’t been frozen for 2 years and have some taste. I also like their facility to change / add to orders right up until they pack. Highly recommended.

Very expensive. Average quality – Everything about this place is average. And stupidly expensive, even for organic. $42 a kg for frozen chicken thigh fillets! And everything is over-wrapped and overpackaged. What a waste.

was a wee bit disappointed in. In saying that, the olives that I purchased in this order were divine. So I will order again for the olives and the moisturizer. I guess the poor starring of this business is warranted but I think it depends what you are purchasing and the reason behind using home delivery if it's for convenience.

Horrible service and bad quality products – Extremely disappointed in the service and products. First they charged us twice for one order, their explanation being that they need to hold an amount until the order is packed and the funds will be released by the bank which may take up 14 days. Fast, fresh & convinient – I have been ordering for a few years now. The produce has always been of great quality. if any problems customer service has always been very helpful. Love the same day delivery. great as my schedule can be quite chaotic.

The best by far! – Totally amazing produce, so fresh and tasty. The whole experience from ordering online to the very polite driver knocking at my door was seamless and fast. Their amazing customer service team clearly explained the pre authorisation system really clearly. I was worried about the difference between the check out price and the final tax invoice but of course it was because the fresh food is sold by weight. My new go to shop,

lifestyle. What made me to switch to another company is because of their rude customer service via phones and emails. I also happened to hear from a friend who used to work for the company that they treat their workers in the same rude way!

Refund as promised – I wrote a review about my Aunty receiving fruit from doorsteps organics that it was like the fruit had been thrown in the box. Peter the owner commented that they would refund my money True to the owners word. MY money was refunded please just make sure apprioate hampers are matched to what size is needed. My go-to website for certified organic – I've been a loyal customer for 7 years. I have stayed with this company because they have always been helpful, and with a large range of certified organic products to choose from. The fruits and vegetables are nice and fresh. The website sometimes has free seasonal box promotions and free same day delivery emailed to you. What I really like most is that they deliver most days of the week. I'm happy to continue ordering from them in the future.

that supplies such fresh fruit and vegetables, and their range of products is amazing not only fruit & vegetables but everything that is organic. Their service and quality is 100% & if a driver is running late which is very rare, they always advise you. I have never had anything left out of an order -or if anything is not available they will ring to see what they might be able to substitute. They never substitute anything without asking. Very convenient, reliable service – I like that I can get my organic fruit and vegetables and a lot of other organic products delivered at short notice. The produce is of reliably good quality and on the rare occasion it isn’t they give you a credit.

I will never order from this company again! Rip off's! Do not order from them! – We ordered 3 times from this company and 3 times we were sent "old" produce, our lettuce smelled like cigarettes which we couldn't use, our dates were a 500g packet that actually weighed 250g! It was always something wrong with our order! Very rude, not good customer service at all. Disgraceful.

Very bad customer treatment, delivery to wrong address – I had a very bad experience with this company. They delivered my order to wrong address and I had no food to eat on Easter. People they delivered my order to came to my door midnight asking boxes be removed and I had no car to do it. It was over $300 worth, lost order. But this time they came to my door and left without leaving the order at my door. When I called them why they did it, they said driver needed me to open the door, where as they don't have such policy. Strange thing. Over one year they delivered without me being at home. To be honest, their fresh produce got worse and worse in terms of quality each time, they sent me rotten pinaples, and other rotten fruits and vegetables. It may have been a sign for me to stop doing business with this company, which I wasn't paying attention to.
